How to deal with 'Multiple connections to a server...' error
If you received "Multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user, using more than one user name, are not allowed..." error while trying to scan remote PC this means that
you were already connected to the remote PC and Recover Keys is trying to connect again, and Windows does not allow multiple connection with same user.
Frankly, the error text is self-explanatory. To fix it,
disconnect all previous connections to the remote PC and try again. If it does not help, please reboot remote PC and try again.
